All personalised products are made to order, we therefore require 3-7 working days to get your product dispatched. Items that we don’t hold in stock will be taken within 7-10 working days. If an item is going to take more than 7days, we will notify you thru email or text message.

If you choose to deliver your order, we only ship to addresses within Australia and some other countries.  $7.50 flat standard rate and $15.00 flat express rate for Australia wide , and you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is ready for shipping.

Please understand that we have no control over our couriers, please give yourself enough time for your item to be delivered. Celestine Gifts and Creations does not accept responsibility on any lost, damage on good while in transit.

Due to the nature of personalised products, returns, exchanges, cancellations will not be accepted. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. However, if there is fault in our part, we will post a replacement for the item that has a defect, on receipt of faulty item being returned. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
